My mission is to improve the financial health of families, small businesses, and municipal governments, while elevating the norms of financial education along the way:
- “Need an extra police car?” Stonecipher comes with over ten years of budgeting experience in city government and can help city treasurers earn income from their emergency funds, while prioritizing preservation of taxpayer dollars.
- “Are you retaining your best employee?” A lifelong entrepreneur, Stonecipher understands the challenges of small business ownership: He served for twenty years as the CFO and co-owner of C6 Music, LLC, a concert production company. He helps small-business owners retain their best employees by designing and revising 401-k plans toward maximum efficiency and optionality.
- “When is your best year to retire?” Finally, he works with families to build tailored plans and portfolios to ensure that households retire at the optimum time.
With Stonecipher as an attentive and creative problem-solver, no city, business, or family is too small to receive VIP guidance in the pursuit of income, benefits, and planning.

Personal
Born and raised in Illinois, I come from the entertainment industry, where I had the privilege of traveling through 47 states as a stage vocalist. Today, that experience continues to serve me as a degree in hard-knocks, which has equipped me to build a financial plan for nearly any client. My family of public servants and military veterans continues to inspire me to plan investments for local governments and utilities, in addition to the households and businesses we serve.
